Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 Miesha Theresa Tate, born on 18th August, 1986 is an American mixed martial artist. She is currently a participant in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and was the previous UFC Women's Bantamweight champion. Tate was previously a part of Strikeforce where she was the Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion. Tate was vice president of ONE Championship. She is currently ranked in the top 10 in the UFC women's bantamweight rankings of October 3 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was the daughter of Michelle Tate and Robert Schmidt. Tate was born in Tacoma, Washington. As a young tomboy Tate often played with the boys of her community at the playgrounds.
